Amit Sharma is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gokaldas Exports, where he leads HR initiatives across the organization aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.

Before joining Gokaldas Exports, Amit held senior HR roles at Volvo Group India, where he was Head of HR and a Board Member at Volvo Financial Services India. His previous leadership experience includes roles at TE Connectivity India, Philips Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson Medical, and Indian Oil Corporation.

Amit holds an MBA in Human Resources from UBS, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF, USA, and a Certified Organization Development Practitioner (ODCP) from ISABS, New Delhi.

A regular speaker at industry events, Amit actively shares his insights through various publications, contributing to the ongoing dialogue in the HR community.
