Mr. Saldanha, a graduate Mechanical Engineer, served Hindustan Lever & Unilever plc for 30 years. He spent almost 10 years in Latin America. Grew to be Chairman and CEO of Unilever Peru and a Member of the
Unilever Latin America Board.
He returned to India as Managing Director of Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, a 2.5 BN $ enterprise.
Later spent 5 years as Executive Director and Member of the Board of The Times of India Group to help build organizational capability, culture and competitiveness.
He was subsequently 6 years with The Blackstone Group in India as Vice as Executive Director and later Vice Chairman, responsible for Operational Excellence in a range of Portfolio Companies.
He is currently Chairman of Trans Maldivian Airways and Gokaldas Exports, and is on the Boards of a few of the Blackstone Portfolio Cos He also is on the Board of Bennett ,Coleman & Co Ltd ( The Times Group
Parent Co) and a few of The Times Group Subsidiaries including Radio and Television.
He is a member of the Court of Governors of the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad

P. Ramababu is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Andhra University and underwent several functional and cross functional training exposures in India and overseas.
His experience varies from the Public Sector to multinationals and large Indian conglomerates. He has worked in his home state in Andhra Pradesh and thereafter moved to, North and Eastern India before joining M/s EID Parry (India) Limited in 1983 just as it was acquired by the Murugappa Group in erstwhile Madras (now Chennai).

Ramababu is better known as the HR guru among his business associates however is one of few HR professionals who has grown to be known as a Business Leader.
Joined in 1983 and became Head HR for EID Parry (India) Limited and was responsible for turning around several SBU operations in the Company for over a decade. Mr. Ramababu retired as a Managing Director of EID Parry (India) Limited on April 2008.
Under his leadership EID Parry focused strongly on the sugar business. The clarity and focus based on a single vertical propelled Parry into an incredible growth phase that earned him a title as the 'Sugar Expert'.
While in Parry was on the board of Sugar Process Research Institute (SPRI), Louisiana, USA. Actively involved and worked with Sugar Research Institute (SRI), Mackay, Australia. Actively collaborated with Dr Chou Technologies, Inc., New York USA.

Mr. Mathew Cyriac holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He was awarded the IIMB Gold Medal for graduating at the top of his MBA class.
Mr. Mathew Cyriac is currently working with Florintree Advisors. He served as the Managing Director in the Corporate Private Equity Group of Blackstone India based in Mumbai for
nearly a decade. He has rich experience in the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America in India and in the Engineering Division of Tata Motors. He also served as Head Corporate Development Strategy of iGate Global Solutions Limited.
Mr. Arun K Thiagarajan holds a M.Sc. in Engineering and has done the Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Business School
Mr. Thiagarajan started his career with ASEA AB Vesteras, Sweden in 1969. He has worked for Flakt India Ltd., Asea Brown Boveri Ltd., Wipro Ltd. and Hewlett Packard India Pvt. Ltd. in various capacities including that of Managing director and President. Presently he serves as an Independent Director on several companies in India and Europe.
He has been the Chairman of Southern Region and Karnataka State committees of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was also the Chairman of CII National Committee on IT and Quality.

Mr. J H Mehta has worked for Hindustan Unilever Ltd., for 31 years and has headed a variety of businesses. He last held the position of Executive Director for the ice creams business for South Asia and was also a member of the Management Committee of HUL. He worked as President of Spencer's retail from 2005-2007 where he played a leading role in the organisations' rapid growth and steered expansion in multiple formats.
He worked with the Katra Group from 2007-2009 as President and member of their global advisory board and lead their diverse businesses including wellness domains. He is currently the Founder Chairman of Valueveda, a management consultancy firm focusing on value creation.

Smita leads strategy and investments for Omidyar Network’s Financial
Services initiative in India. She engages closely with innovative fintech
companies and also has a board role in a few.
Smita has over 25 years of experience in banking and finance. Before
joining Omidyar Network, Smita served as senior program director at
CAFRAL, a global think tank promoted by the Reserve Bank of India. Prior
to her time at CAFRAL, Smita was business head, Gramshakti at Fullerton
India Credit Company, a Temasek subsidiary, where she set up a business
model to offer loans and other third party products to rural customers.
She began her career with ICICI Bank, where she held various leadership positions including head of rural and agricultural insurance business, head of strategy, head of e-channels, head of CRM, and head of international resources.
Smita volunteers with the Indian Cancer Society and spearheads one of the largest pan-India projects for providing financial grants for treatment of poor cancer patients. She was also instrumental in conceptualizing and launching the first debt mutual fund for supporting cancer cures.
A Chartered Accountant, Smita graduated from Sydenham College in
Mumbai and attended executive programs at Harvard Business School
and MIT Sloan School of Management.
